Your customer gets their order confirmation on WhatsApp — the channel they actually reply on. It is part of Advanced, and it is switched on for your account once Meta approves it.

Questions about pricing
- Is there a commission on sales?
- There is no percentage of your sales paid to Snap Shop, at any volume. What you pay is the subscription and the one-time setup fee. Payment and shipping companies have their own published fees, and those are set by them.
- Is the setup fee monthly?
- No — 5,000 EGP once, when the work starts, and entirely separate from the monthly subscription. It covers building the store, migrating the catalog, connecting payments, shipping setup, domain setup, training your team and a full test order before launch.
- On the annual term, what do I pay at the start?
- You start with 7,500 EGP — your store setup and launch, plus the first 2,500 EGP of your annual subscription. After that you continue at 1,249 EGP a month on Core, or 2,099 EGP a month on Advanced. Those payments are fixed by the plan you picked; there is no schedule to negotiate.
- Can I start monthly?
- Yes. Core is 1,499 EGP a month and Advanced is 2,499 EGP a month, with a one-time 5,000 EGP setup fee.
- How much does annual save?
- Annual costs less than paying monthly across the year: the annual subscription is 16,239 EGP on Core and 25,589 EGP on Advanced. And 1,249 EGP and 2,099 EGP are the fixed monthly payments on the annual plan after the starting payment. Store setup and launch is a separate fee on either term.
- What is the difference between Core and Advanced?
- Core runs your whole business: everything live in the platform today is available on it, and it is a complete system, not a cut-down one. Advanced is that same system in full, plus six things: a dedicated server for your store, WhatsApp order confirmation, priority support, closer follow-up from our team, Business Email in your store's name, and access to Premium as it lands.
- Is WhatsApp order confirmation actually working?
- The capability is built into the system and is part of the Advanced plan. Switching it on happens on your own store account once Meta approves it, and that is part of the work we do with you during setup. Approval rests with Meta, so we put no date on it and we do not call it guaranteed — we tell you exactly what we do and when it starts working.
- What does Premium mean?
- It is a layer of additional capabilities we are building above the core system, shipping gradually. What is live today is on both plans, and Advanced is where Premium lands when it does — with no upgrade fee for the capabilities included in it. And we do not put a date on something we are still building.
- Is the domain included?
- Yes — a domain in your store's name, free for the first year, on both plans. And the domain is in your name from the start, so if you leave you take it with you.
- And Business Email?
- Business Email in your store's name is included on the Advanced plan, free for the first year — email on your own domain for your customers and suppliers.
- Are card payments available?
- Yes — via Paymob, and the full path from payment to the order being marked paid is verified on a real production transaction. Activating the payment account is done on your own account, and we test it on your store before launch.
- Can I migrate my catalog?
- Yes — CSV import with a dry run before anything is committed, so you see what will happen before it happens. And the migration itself we do with you during setup, inside the setup fee.
- Is the storefront in Arabic?
- The storefront is fully Arabic and English with RTL, invoices are in Arabic laid out correctly, and search understands Arabic as it is actually typed. The dashboard is available in Arabic and English, and you choose.
