Storefront tour
The pages your customer moves through, and what you control on each one.
Your storefront is what your customer sees. These pages are their journey, and you control the content of each one from the dashboard.
The homepage
Configured from the dashboard: the sections of the page, the banners, and which products appear. You can change it without needing anyone to change code.
Category, collection and brand pages
- Categories — the primary classification of your products
- Collections — free groupings, such as "New in" or "Best sellers"
- Brands — if you carry more than one brand, each gets its own page
The product page
The most important page in the store. It carries:
- product images and every variant
- sizes and colours (the variants)
- a size chart — shown in its own panel, with the system picking the right chart for the product automatically
- product info rows — information blocks you write and control
Search and filters
Search understands Arabic as it is actually typed — variations such as أ / ا or ة / ه do not stop a result from appearing. Filters help a customer narrow down faster.
Cart and checkout
From cart to checkout, and the customer does not need an account. Details in Checkout and cash on delivery.
Order tracking
The /track page lets a customer follow their order without an account, using the order number and their contact details.
Return requests
If you enable it, a customer can submit a return request from the storefront instead of messaging you. Enabling it is your decision.
Language and direction
The storefront is fully Arabic and English with proper RTL — not a translation layered over an English template. Invoices are in Arabic, laid out correctly.
Static pages
Exchange policy, privacy policy, about us — written from the dashboard and published to the storefront.
